By accessing or using ImageColorPickerOnline (the "Website" or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the Website immediately.

2. Permitted Use & Commercial Rights

ImageColorPickerOnline is provided as a free utility for digital creators, web developers, graphic designers, and the general public. You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the tool for:

  • Personal and educational projects
  • Commercial web development and UI/UX design tasks
  • Client branding, color scheme creation, and print preparation
  • Copying, exporting, and integrating extracted color palettes into proprietary code or software

3. Intellectual Property of Uploaded Images

You retain 100% full ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights to any image, logo, screenshot, or artwork you process using our tool.

Because all rendering is handled locally in your browser via HTML5 Canvas, we do not store, copy, modify, distribute, or claim any ownership whatsoever over your images or resulting color palettes.

4. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Service, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the security or availability of our web hosting servers
  • Deploy automated scrapers, bots, or crawlers that generate abusive, high-volume traffic
  • Misrepresent your affiliation with ImageColorPickerOnline or attempt to frame the website maliciously

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and all associated color calculation tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for mathematical accuracy in RGB-to-HEX/HSL conversions and contrast calculations, we do not warrant that color rendering will be 100% identical across uncalibrated hardware monitors.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ImageColorPickerOnline, its maintainers, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or inability to use the Service.

7. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or temporarily suspend aspects of the Service at any time. When terms are updated, the revised "Effective Date" at the top of this document will be amended accordingly.
